What methods of payment are available ?

Techneb Shop furniture & deco accepts Credit card payments (outright or in three installments without charges), bank transfers, and checks. For all bank transfers and checks payments, orders will only be confirmed once we receive payment.If the item you have ordered is not available at the moment, you can save it and proceed to pay in installments. In this case, please contact our Customer Service.  

 

 

 

Is the payment secure ?

Yes, online payments and transactions made on techneb.com are 100% secure. Our website does not record or store your credit card information (encrypted). Payments are made through secure bank servers.   

 

 

 

Where do I enter my promo code ?

Once the articles are in your basket and you are about to place your order, you can copy and paste a promo code in the field “I have a promo code” before entering your billing information.  

 



When are out-of-stock products restocked ?

A product restock-time depends on our supplier. However, restock dates are indicated in each product description. 

 

 

 

What countries do you deliver to ?

Techneb Shop currently ships to Mainland France (excluding Corsica) and Europe (for most products). Regarding deliveries to Corsica, Monaco or islands, please contact our customer service for more information. 

 

 

 

Do you offer pickup point deliveries ?

You can access and download your invoice from your personal Techneb Shop account. 

 

 


Can the shipping and the billing address be different ?

Yes, your shipping address may be different than your billing address. You will need to indicate both addresses in the corresponding fields during checkout.

My order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete

When you receive your parcel, we advise that you take a moment to unpack and examine the order in the presence of the delivery person. If your order happens to be damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you can refuse to accept it. You must indicate your reasons for refusal on the delivery note. Keep a paper copy or send a picture of said delivery note to Techneb Shop furniture & deco to fill a claim.

What is the time-period within which I can return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days (starting from the day you receive it) 

 

 

 

What is your return policy ?

In case of a return, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You may also use the carrier of your choice. Please note that Techneb Shop is not liable for missing packages. Shipping damages are at the customer’s expense. Thus, we recommend that you carefully secure the items while packing them.You can also contact our customer service to arrange a pickup for your return shipment at your location. 

 

 


What is your refund policy ?

The item you wish to return must be complete and shipped back with its assembly instructions, using the original packaging. Once your return is received and examined, we will proceed to your refund if the product is returned in the condition it was sent in.Please note that Techneb Shop cannot offer a refund or exchange if the product is damaged or if a part is missing.  

 

 

 

Are products covered by a warranty ?

All Techneb products are covered by a warranty for 2 years. In case you notice that something is wrong with your product, our customer service will require a complete list and description of the product defects, as well as pictures, to process your request. Then, please send your claim via email to contact@techneb.com. We will carefully study your complaint with our manufacturer to provide you with the most appropriate solution possible. Our after-sales service makes sure to examine each case to improve our services.When a product is reported as being defective (in accordance with our warranty terms and conditions), Techneb Shop automatically exchanges the item.
