Techneb Shop (hereinafter referred to as "techneb.com") is published by SARL Maxitia whose Registered Office is at 3 rue du Flamant Rose, 31240 L'Union - France, identified under number 808 536 338 00011 (hereinafter 'the Maxitia company "). All orders placed on the site are subject to these terms and conditions. V - Delivery - Transfer of risks and responsibilities

 

The transport of your parcel

 

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer or any other natural person of his choice.

When the customer or any other person authorized by the customer has signed the delivery note and the transport slip, the ordered product belongs to him. Packages can be kept for up to 14 days by the carrier. If no appointment has been made during this period of time, the order is then returned to the Maxitia Company. The cost of return and the second delivery will be billed to the customer.

The Maxitia Company customer service and the carrier will restart the customer several times before the return of the order.

The kit furniture is assembled by the customer. Delivery men are not allowed to assemble the furniture.

Any delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or Maxitia Company do not give the customer the right to claim damages.
 
In the event of an error in the customer's order, the cost of transporting the goods back to the Maxitia company, as well as the costs of returning the product actually desired by the customer to his place of delivery, are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Storage conditions: The customer agrees to store the products in good storage conditions (with particular reference to product labels) and security to prevent any theft, loss, damage or damage to third parties, being reminded that the customer assumes the risks of the goods from the delivery as defined above.

Maxitia can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the Products marketed.

Any order placed on our site and delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. SARL Maxitia is not required to verify and inform the customer of customs duties and applicable taxes. To know them, we advise the customer to inform the competent authorities of his country.


V-1 Different types of delivery

Free Delivery:

Comfort delivery:

VI-Right of withdrawal / returns

 

Conditions of return on which depends the refund of the object:

SARL Maxitia declines any responsibility in case of breakage or loss of the returned package. The return address of the item will be provided at the time of the return request.

 

Maxitia the Company will refund to the Customer any amounts already paid, less any shipping costs under the conditions referred to in Article V previous and next VII.

VII - Refund

 

Refunds products in the cases referred to in Article II and VI will be made by the Company Maxitia within a maximum period of 30 days after the receipt by it of the said products. VIII Applicable Law
